"If we want children and their families to feel embraced in our community, we need to worry less about the sincerity of the commitments we ask of baptismal parents and more about how we live out our baptismal promises to them... a community that may make us feel a whole lot more uncomfortable, but which might actually look like the body of Christ to which God calls us."
