Interested in becoming a more intergenerational church? Looking for ways to do better as an intergenerational community? Wondering what you and your church leadership can actually do?

Following the success of the earlier UC pilot program, a fresh series of Growth Groups for Intergenerational Ministry is being offered in 2023. To experience what the process actually involves, a FREE online taster session is being offered for ministry leaders on Wednesday May 31 from 9am to 10.30am AEDT.

GenOn Growth Groups for Intergenerational Ministry walk small teams of leaders from several churches through a learning process to develop their church’s own plan for doing ministry in a more intergenerational way. Designed for smaller churches with 100 members or less, the model invites church teams to form learning groups with other churches. Teams share mutual learning and support as they design their own paths to further develop intergenerational ministry in a chosen area – worship, study, service or fellowship.
