Season of Creation 2025 celebrated
Each year from 1 September to 6 October, the Season of Creation is commemorated by Christians around the world. In our own Uniting Church, congregations and communities have been so in style
October 7, 2025
The Season of Creation has drawn to a close for another year, and across the Uniting Church, communities came together to honour the beauty and wonder of God’s creation.
From outdoor church services to vibrant decorations in worship spaces, there was a great sense of gratitude and reverence for our world. Many congregations engaged in hands-on activities like nature-based crafts, photography, environmental learning sessions and the popular blessing services for our beloved pets – all expressing a shared commitment to caring for our planet.
May you enjoy images and videos we have collated from around our churches.
