Take Action for Palestine: Take part in PIEN's creative action

Gather your community to take part in a creative action being coordinated by the Palestine and Israel Ecumenical Network.

For the past two years the Palestine Israel Ecumenical Network (PIEN) have produced a video showing Christians holding signs calling for an end to the injustice in the Holy Land.

This year they are once again calling all clergy and churches to take part in this simple action on Sunday 21 September, during the World Week for Peace in Palestine and Israel (20-26 September).

The action will be two-fold:

1. print out these signs, or make similar ones reflecting the advocacy calls and positions of your church. Take a photo of clergy and church folk holding the signs, and email the photo/s to Nell Potter, Executive Officer of the Palestine Israel Ecumenical Network: contact@pien.org.au by Monday 29 September.
2. Once the video is produced, everyone who participated in holding signs will be asked to share the video with their Federal Member of Parliament, the Foreign Minister and the Prime Minister.
